Chris Holder
Pastor Chris Holder and his wife Magan were married July 19, 2008. They have 3 children; Aiden (8), Israel (6) and Eliza Grace (3). Chris and Magan have been in ministry for over 10 years with stops as Student Ministries, Assistant Music and College Pastors. Chris graduated from Lee University in 2010 with a Mathematics Degree and Bible minor. He was a member of Campus Choir, Lee Singers and Symphonic Band during his time at Lee University. Magan graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2012 with an Early Childhood education degree. Magan currently holds K-6 teacher licensure and is a teacher at Sante Fe Elementary.
Chris became an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God in 2015. He was elected by his peers to serve on the Heartland Region Youth and Discipleship Board in 2019. He has served as camp speaker and taken ministry teams to minister in Alaska, Indiana, and Chicago. Chris and Magan love ministry and both of them come from families that serve in various leadership positions locally and nationally. For fun, Chris and Magan love spending time with their family, in particular, taking day trips with their children for exploration, education and adventure. Magan loves to read and do “crafty” projects, and Chris loves an occasional game of church league softball and golf.
